Dr. Kathleen Flick, MD

Dr. Flick delivered 3 of my babies. She was always so attentive in the office, and I could always tell she was running herself ragged trying to see all her patients (she's the only doctor I've ever had who saw me at EVERY visit, and not just the nurse). Everytime I came in pregnant again, she'd be so excited to see us, and always remembered my kids' names. She always paid close attention to my health, and never made me feel crazy even when I was paranoid about every symptom I was experiencing (I'm high risk for hypertension, preeclampsia, preterm labor)By all counts she 'shouldn't' have delivered my third; she was off work for personal reasons the day I went into labor, but when she heard I was in labor, she rushed to the hospital to do the delivery.The only reason she didn't deliver my fourth is because we had to switch to a different doctor and hospital because of distance.. she is an absolute blessing, the best provider I've ever had, and I miss being her patient!

I have had two pregnancies monitored by Dr Flick. Overall she is personable and knowledgeable. However, she is not gentle and is always rushed. With my second pregnancy, my last month of appointments were cancelled without letting me know. She was also totally unavailable for my 6week post partum. I was told by receptionist that she may be leaving SSM. Due to her abandonment of my care, I will have to seek a different OBGYN.

She refused to refill my birth control pills even though she had to cancel my appointment. I scheduled another appointment but was still denied a month supply. The front office staff hung up on me. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are!

My first visit with Dr. Flick was great. Very kind and caring. Super knowledgeable. Brought up some issues I was not aware of. Answered my questions. Felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr. Flick enough. For the most part, I am a neurotic mess Dr. Flick has never minimized any of my worries, no matter how silly or trivial. She takes every word into consideration and will either genuinely try to come up with a solution or at least put my mind at ease with great understanding and information. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Not just OBGYN, but doctor. Dr. Flick is a true example of what the industry should be.

I recently had to have a hysterectomy due to VERY precancerous cells...not that anyone wants to go through that but Dr Flick was very comforting and informative during the entire process...surgery went as planned and 2 weeks out recovery is going well...I had to find a new gyno after mine of 15 years retired...could not have made a better choice...she has great bedside manner...I highly recommend

Dr. Flick is an amazing lady. She makes you feel like your not just a patient but a friend. Dr. Flick has true interest in helping you anyway she can! She takes time during your appointment to adress all you concerns. I'm so happy myself and my mother have had a chance to meet her. Again would highly recommend Dr. Flick 100%
