Same exact as another review - 5 minute annual physical after waiting 30 minutes for her to arrive after my appt time -- first appt of the day too

Annual wellness visit
I needed a new primary as my prior doctor moved out of the area. Dr. Cordeiro was very attentive, personable and thorough. So glad I found her.

For a number of years Dr Cordeiro was an excellent PCP. She can make you feel that she cares about you and your health. But for quite awhile now she doesn’t answer messages or help coordinate my care. When I message her a question she will most often tell me to ask a different Dr. that I’ve seen. If I ask for help with an issue, I don’t often receive it. In the past she has helped me with a few important health concerns and was very much on top of any issue I had. I would like to see that level of care from her again. I know she is capable of it, so I’m waiting patiently for that to happen.

Sadly, this physician is unresponsive to messages in the North Shore system, where every other physician I have had has responded within one business day. She also does not respond to Rx refill calls from the pharmacy for days and days, if at all. Regardless of her availability she should have a nurse who can field such requests. This time it was not for a medication I need regularly, but I have to go through the hassle of finding a new internist who will not leave me hanging when I need medical advice or a refill on medication I cannot go without. I would not recommend her.
