Just don’t. Nurse “T” is rude, condescending, intercepts your messages and fails to follow thru. If you need to speak with the Doctor good luck! Need a refill and send a message might as well forget it. You complain and you get no response and removed as a patient! Nurse “T” is the whole problem here and she ruins your experience as a patient. Leaves messages on your vmail that are condescending like you are stupid and a child and calls you over and over. Go ahead if you like being treated like a fool. Never again.

I am so glad and thankful that Dr. Spinks is my PCP. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and further investigates what the cause of the problem may be. I have never, not once, in more than five years, felt rushed or unappreciated. She has often called me after hours or answered my messages on MyChart on the weekends. I know she is busy but she has never made me feel rushed or forgotten. She is what is becoming to be a rarity in today's medical field; a caring doctor.

I have a complex medical history & see 4 different specialists. I panicked when my PCP moved out of state, but Dr. Spinks came highly recommended. During an urgent care visit for an allergic reaction to a bee sting, l learned that Dr. Spinks practices close to my home - a huge benefit. She has effectively coordinated my care, spends as much time as I need for every appointment & immediately communicates with me through MyChart. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Spinks & I'm blessed to have her as my PCP.

She will gain your trust and call dss on you for no reason. Little boys are little boys, all over the place. Be weary of this doctor who is self righteous and clueless to the real world.

She was the best thing that happened to New Horizon its very hard to find doctors that care about their patients anymore and she does.Dr.Spinks I miss you and I hope you rub off on some of these doctors. She is a needle in a hay stack that's for sure

I have never had a doctor that really cared about my health and would take the time to explain and listen to my concerns. I am going to miss her a lot now that she has left New Horizon but where ever she goes I know her patients will love her.
