Dr. Katherine Lin, MD

Dr Lin is a wonderful person, she always has time to talk to you and explains all your options, orders your perceptions while you are there , the staff is friendly and kind, they helped me out to my car after my appointment as I use a walker, would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing else. Satisfied with this provider.

Dr. Lin's receptionist needs to greet patients with a warm smile and some enthusiasm. The other women behind the front entry desk did a better job of that but they were not stationed there on behalf of Dr. Lin.

Dr. Lin is an excellent doctor. She listens to what I have to say and provides me with the best care possible.

I love this provider everyone is always helpful and nice and i love Dr. Lin she has taken amazing care of me over the years i trust her with my health all day everyday i just want to thank everyone for taking great care of me.

I had biopsy's done and she was very caring and informative during the procedure. She offered for me to see it but I declined not sure my stomach would handle OK. Glad I have her as my provider.

Dr. Lin is by far the kindest most knowledgeable and thorough Dr I have ever seen. She explained everything she was doing and told me things no dr has ever said. I will definitely see her again and have already recommended her to friends and family.

Dr. Lin and the entire staff were kind and extremely helpful. I do wish the new facility offered comfort like the Breast Centers at MVH. I found the new office building to be cold and utilitarian. I expected at the least lockers for clothing in what is often a traumatic environment. And perhaps some artwork on the walls like what I see all over MV South. The entire facility is completely plain and drab. The specimen cups in the bathroom were exposed to "toilet tornado" bacteria, since there is no lid on the toilet; I've said for decades hospitals could cut down on hospital acquired infections if they would just put lids on all the toilets to contain bacteria from flushing. That applies to all medical offices.There were also no flushable toilet seat covers in the bathroom. And every doctor's office seriously needs wide-mouth urine specimen cups for women. I had expected the new offices to be warm and welcoming. They are the opposite. Dr. Lin and all the staff I had contact with were truly wonderful. The facility leaves much to be desired. Surprised that the Valley didn't provide better for women coming to this practice. We deserve more, and so do the doctors and staff working there. There was nothing comforting to be found in this new building.

Dr. Lin is amazing. She takes her time and explains everything. She even had pictures for visualization. The hospital experience was also awesome. Nurses and staff were very attentive. Overall very good experience.

My experience with Dr. Lin and her staff is always exceptional! I look forward to visiting her each year. I always get all the information that I need and more. Dr. Lin genuinely cares about me and is knowledgeable about my health history. I have nothing but great things to say about her and her office!
