Unresponsive
I am certain Dr. Jong is a busy practitioner. Everyone is busy especially those that have careers, families and children. Dr. Jong seems to be unable to even provide a small call window let’s say generously between 9-12. It is unacceptable to care for a patient weekly and be unable to provide a phone call to a parent or guardian to explain care. I would highly recommend seeing a more experienced and responsive doctor that has genuine care and concern for their patients. Leaving children to suffer with inaction of treatment is cruel and harming. I would think also as a professional doctor if you are potentially in over your head you ask for a consult or guidance from a more experienced physician. I wish her well but be warned!
