My aunt has been at The Greens in Weaverville for over a week. Dr Crum has not contacted me regarding my aunts continued health issues, no matter how often I visit or call the facility. I’ve been given the runaround. Apparently she is licensed to assess psychiatric patients and prescribe necessary medications. My aunt was under the care of a concierge practice that provided excellent care and communication. I would expect a modicum of information from her while my aunt recovers at The Greens.

I am going to be so bold here to leave my email if you are reading this and want to ask questions. Dr. Crumb has been seeing my son since November 2019 for a knee injury. She monitored and then schedules surgery. We wasted so much time with Dr. Crum. My son’s surgery was scheduled for March 10th. I just called to verify the procedure and the doctor postponed it to the 3rd week of June. My son is 19 and has a dream. A dream to play college football. The surgery plus healing was already 1 year. Now the doctor postponed it to late June. We went to Doctor Crum believing she was going to help. She sold herself completely and we believed her. Now we either have to wait until June or start the process all over. I am so brokenhearted. If you have a dream, I would definitely think twice about trusting Dr. Crum. My email is 575tracey@gmail.com if you are considering her and would like to ask questions.
