Empathetic & made us feel like family!
Dr. Chiu managed all the cardiac issues for my elderly Mom & Uncle. She is caring & took the time to explain the problems & treatment plan. Our appointments felt more like going to visit a very smart friend with a lot of Cardiac management experience than going to a doctors appointment. I highly recommend her for you or your loved ones.

Negative care
The worst. Despite being in an area of critical care. She is not reachable after hours. She disappears for long periods of time. Sadly, she is an independent doctor at Dedicated Senior Medical so they have no control over quality of care She gives. After heart procedure she could not be reached She does not advocate for patient. Avoid at all costs.

chaotic office, lost files, inattentive physician with no follow through. Totally not a doctor I want looking after my heart.
