Does not return phone calls or portal msgs
They did not return my phone calls when I left messages and one day the message box was full. They finally responded after our appointment to the text they sent out several days before the appointment when I responded to cancel. They also did not respond to the message I sent through the portal.

Dr. Pocsine is excellent
Dr. Poscine is great to work with. She takes her time, reviews everything, asks questions, thinks outside the box, and is very thorough.During the past 15 years, I have been to over 10 different neurologists.Dr. Poscine and one other neurologist were the only ones who seem to truly care and wanted to find an answer to my health issues.I highly recommend her.

Very thorough
Independently diagnoses condition rather than piggybacking off of others. Very methodical.

I am really happy with the treatment I receive from both Dr. Pocsine and the PA. However, during this time of COVID-19, it is very disappointing and worrisome that the front desk staff do not wear masks, even when there is a statewide mask mandate. The plexiglass barrier is not adequate. Every other Dr office I go to, every employee is properly wearing a mask.

Awesome.... She spends as much time as YOU need, which does put her behind many times. She is definitely worth the wait! Brilliant, amazing mind, no stone unturned to find the answers.

I saw Dr.Pocsine for unexplained, ongoing numbness in both hands. She is a very kind personable doctor who put me at ease before and during the tests to identify my problem. She explained what was causing my problems and encouraged me to seek surgery to alleviate them. I am grateful for her help which sent me to see a surgeon to alleviate the problems. I would not hesitate to see her again for any additional problems and highly recommend her to others.

Referred by my Dr to see this Neurologist for headaches from a car accident. I never got past the front desk. I was lectured for 10 min about them not wanting do deal with car accidents and then about how I should be going/doing other treatments before seeing them. She wouldn't let me get a word in to even explain the months of treatments I'd already had and the fact that I had a REFERRAL from my Dr. to see them. I had to finally interrupt her to tell her I no longer want to make an appointment

I am seeing the doctor for MS that was misdiagnosed from someone else. She has spent quite a bit of time with me, answers my questions as well as my families, and is very knowledgeable. Her staff on the other hand is wishy washy. I did an MRI and was awaiting results. One of the office staff called, told me what was in the report in medical terms, basically read me the report, and then said she wasn't qualified to tell me in plain English, what she was telling me. Anxiety ran high till appt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pocsine for several years and I always refer anyone I know experiences neurological symptoms to her. The office staff is fantastic-helpful, and knowledgeable. Patients are able to email the office with any questions or concerns and they always respond quickly. Dr. Pocsine is a caring and knowledgeable practitioner. She clearly explains medical conditions and the different options for treatment. I never feel rushed during my appointments and trust her opinion.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Pocsine. She is a rare neurologist as she is very knowledgable of the rare disease that I suffer from, Generalized Myasthenia Gravis. She has been a huge help to me, helping me be as functionally normal as possible.

Dr. Pocsine is professional and knowledgeable. She's conveniently located in Arvada. Her P.A., Danielle is especially good at listening and acting on what she hears from her patient. The front office personnel (including nurse) are mechanical. Calls regularly go to voicemail during regular office hours, messages are not returned, simple questions take hours to get an answer and the website is not maintained even though they insist you use it. It is Danielle and location which keep me here.
