What a refreshing experience to meet Dr. Smbatt! She's intelligent, caring, witty and - perhaps most importantly for a medical professional - she's willing to listen. She has a quick mind and seems naturally geared towards efficiency. I can see where some might take those traits as overly expedient, but she is happy to slow down, repeat information or delve as deeply into a matter as needed. In a sea of arrogant doctors who barely glance at the patient's chart, let alone remember them, Dr. Smbatt is an absolute gem to happen across. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Extremely unprofessional, rushed the consult completely by speaking a mile a minute, while causing more distress by constant questioning of how they will continue to seek treatment even when the patient cannot afford to get said treatment. I will never come back to this hospital again.
