Dr. Karol Bowens, MD

I would not recommend anyone having her as obgyn specialist I have been with her since 2023 with my first pregnancy never had a issue with her at all until my second pregnancy where she had dismissed me as a high risk patient and transferred me to someone who didn’t not take my insurance and also refused to take me back as a patient at this clinic leaving me with no Obgy specialist for my high risk care she also had not told me that she was going to induce me when I was at the hospital til where nurses and I as a patient where confused. Front desk staff name Wendy refuses my call or when I call know who’s calling and responds very rudely vital check lady very rude and tell you what to do instead of doctors confirmation this clinic should be shut down for the rude service me and other women have experienced over being here

My concerns were ignored

Very bad experience I had an appointment at 3 pm and it was already 4:30 they called me to tell me that they were not going to attend me because they were saturate very unprofessional and I had an appointment very very bad

Dr. Bowen‘s was so professional and yet so kind to my wife. Her pregnancy was difficult. But Dr. Bowens reassured and took appropriate measures for both my wife and babies safety.

Our appointment today was scheduled for 10:15am, we arrive early and now it’s 2hrs later, we’re still waiting. .. my wife went in to get vitals checked and came back out. We’re here for some prenatal exams, but it seems they always overbook because they explained each time we’ve came that they didn’t have enough rooms and that’s the reason for the wait. At the expense of the patients’ experience, this office schedules many appointments for each day regardless of their ability to accept so many patients on-time.

WENT IN FOR ROUTINE WELL WOMEN EXAM AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF AND DR. WERE EXTRA FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE DR. ADDRESSED EXTRA CONCERNS OF MINE WITH NO PROBLEMS.

If there would be 10 stars I would give her 10. Dr. Bowens has been my dr. for the past 8 yrs and I wouldn't switch her for any other Dr. The staff is very friendly.

Doctor delivered both of my babies and have to say it was a good experience. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She's professional and the staff is great. There was an instance that I did wait for an hour but that was because doctor had to leave for a delivery. Now, I'm glad I was patient when that happen because on my second pregnancy I was that patient ready to deliver. She was awesome.

It took me one month and a half just to get an appointment. Then the initial appointment is just to meet the Dr. /Specialist. Then i had to wait for another month to get a refferal to get whatever procedure done. Meanwhile the Dr. Running blood tests, ultasound and MRI for 1hr and 45 min. I would ask the Dr. Why so many tests. I never got answers and when i finally got answers. The Dr. Walked out of the exam room and told me she was done. Customer service is none existent.The office was unsanita

She was my OB/GYN when I was pregnant with my fourth child. I was assigned to her for my prenatal appointments. She had poor bedside manners and did not leave room for questions. My blood pressure was high during my pregnancy, which happened before in my other pregnancies. She prescribed blood pressure medication for me and had it sent to my pharmacy, but the pharmacy never received any prescription. I asked again a couple of days later, but still no prescription. When I went to my next ap
