Saw her for a few sessions, odd/intense energy bordering on unprofessional. Dropped lots of f-bombs and when I told her about the conflict I had w/ my gf she kept saying 'Don't throw gasoline on crazy!' Seriously, is that what they teach in medical school?

I had her at St Marys and she pretty much phoned it in, she's one of those old burnt out drs

Shes incredibly knowedgeable and empathetic. Everything Ive looked for in a psychiatrist. She has changed my life and Id recommend her to everyone I know honestly. They could all benefit from her wisdom

It is unfortunate that such slanderous material has been written about an incredibly caring, intelligent, astute medical professional. As the son of divorced parents, I can attest to the fact that Dr. Petersen assisted me tremendously to develop greater interpersonal relationship skills, and greater levels conscientiousness and self awareness. I wholeheartedly endorse her not only as a therapist, but as a medical practitioner to adolescents, young adults, and adults.

Dr. Petersen has worked with my adolescent son for a year and has been a tremendous help to him. She has warmth, heart, experience and intelligence. I can not recommend her highly enough.
