He has seen my daughter since the very beginning. He is always thorough, polite, and so gentle with a baby who isn't so sure about the doctors office. He makes sure that no matter what you're there for if you have any questions he answers them. I took my girl in for a sick visit, another doctor there simply addressed the issue in 3 minutes and was out the door. Dr. Nicles has never left me with any unanswered questions or concerns during any sick/regular visit. As a new mom I know I can ask questions and he will take the time to answer them! Wait times are long, but I just plan for it and schedule early morning appointments as they seem to go a lot faster. Some of the office staff are not as friendly as others, but I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

Great Doctor, but you will wait, and wait, and wait.... with no explanation. Plan a first thing in the morning visit.

Dr. Nicles takes time to listen to concerns of his patients' parents/guardians. He also takes time to communicate with his young patients. Always smiling with high energy and a calming voice. He's a fantastic pediatrician. Sure, his waiting times are a bit long - but I plan for it and bring appropriate materials to keep my kiddos occupied; even use the time as an opportunity to read to them or go over spelling words. The waiting times are heftier in bigger cities.

He is a very good doctor with great bedside manner. However I'm not too pleased with the rushed and unconcerned office staff. I'm always waiting forever in the exam room too with my kids as every time as he is way behind. I've waited with my kids an hour or more and we had a scheduled appointment.
