Dr. Karl Gebhard, MD

Dr. G was very helpful and good. His office took my blood right away and helped me find what was wrong. I really liked the experience and would 100% recommend him!

I was with Dr. Gebhard for a few years and was ok with his services until post pandemic. I've been on meds for hypothyroidism for years, which everyone understands is typically a lifelong journey. Previously, he always renewed my prescription for 90 days, and I did blood work 1-2 times yearly. Post-pandemic, I never see him, only his PA's. They've made me do bloodwork twice this year already and have kept my prescription the same, but repeatedly refuse to renew my prescription unless I schedule needless additional office visits. After last month's blood work, he renewed for 30 days; I contacted his office when that ran out, and he renewed for only 10 days, instructing his staff to have me come in again, even though they're not making any changes to my meds. They are holding my thyroid meds HOSTAGE in order to force unwarranted office visits which they like to call "consultations". I don't need to pay for an office visit to be told they are keeping my prescription the same.

We found Dr Gebhard on accident. About 4 years ago I needed to visit an Urgent Care. His office was closest. Since then he is the only doctor I will see. My wife is a nutritionist and she too goes to him. We immediately knew he was going to be our doctor when we found out he has a ton of knowledge about nutrition. He is a very well rounded doctor. He helps me when I’m sick. He helps me when I have sports related issues. To top it off he is a very nice guy! A Patient for life, Erik

He is not a patient-friendly doctor, and thinks he knows more about how you feel than you do. Does not listen. Stay away.

I've been with Dr. Gebhard at Ross Legacy Medical Group for over 3 years nad he and his office have always performed over the call of duty. I've never had a problem getting a referral from his office and I've never waited more than 15 minutes in his waiting room. Dr. Gephard and his Physician Assistant, Ellen are always proactive in testing and treatment.

Dr. Gebhard is the best!!! He always take the time to listen. He is extremely professional and truly care about his patients. I have been seen him for over 15 years, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gebhard is great! My whole family sees him and he takes time to treat your problems/illness. The staff is great too, very quick and convenient.

The facility is clean and the office staff is friendly . I have never seen nurses so kind. They are some of the best nurses giving shots and blood work. The wait has never been very long. The PA-C, Ellen Boynton was so gentle when stitching my finger. She listen to my fears and provided a non stick pad so the gauze wouldn’t stick to the wound. I am very happy I found this facility.

I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. Gebhard! I had borderline high cholesterol and other doctors would just prescribe meds and it became very costly. Dr. G educated me about healthy eating habits, also encouraged exercise (ugh), but it was cheaper to try to eat better than keep paying for multiple medications. Fortunately, I was able to lower my cholesterol to where I didn't have to take any prescriptions for it. I highly recommend! Plus I can schedule online, even Saturdays, no missed work!

He's does not prescribe the necessary meds. For over a year he said to excersize more and eat less sugar. This is great but he never treated my symptoms. I was doing the things he said already. All I needed was something to lower my cholesterol. A complete waste of time with Dr Gebhard. Now my life insurance premiums are higher because he was unwilling or too lazy to prescribe the right meds. Don't waste your time at his office. Go to someone that will act.

Had a great experience with him for urgent care on a holiday. No wait in the office and everyone was really nice.
