Doctor amazing care for wellness and very proper in communication. Doctor Jacob is very deep in his knowledge and makes you feel important about your wellness.

Took time to talk to me !

First, he greeted me, and said my blood pressure was great. Second, he offered me the option to receive the RSV vaccine. He sounded like he truly cared about my health. He is a good PCP!

Dr. Jacob is an excellent Doctor. Knowledgable and easy to talk to. couldn't ask for anything else.

Dr. Jacobs listened to my concerns and doesn't beat around the bush. I'm not a big fan of going to the doctor and never have been. Since turning 66 and getting on Medicare I've adapted to a regular routine of medical appointments and Dr. Jacobs has been a big part of that. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you Dr. Jacobs.

My mother & I have been going to Dr. Jacob for several years now. He is always very professional and willing to answer any questions we may have. He's the best. Unfortunately I can't say that about the rest of the hospitals departments. I've received two separate emails asking for a survey for the imaging department and have not been able to do them because it says the sight is unavailable. I took my mother to have a couple of tests done in that department. They called me to schedule these appointments and called again to confirm. We arrived a little early and checked in & waited for over a half hour. I went to the deck to see what was taking so long and someone came out & said they were getting ahold of the Dr. To find out what tests they wanted done. We waited another 45 minutes and another lady came out to tell us the doctor didn't want the test done until November !! WHY didn't they check into this before scheduling these tests. We wasted our day !! The lady thought it was funny
