Run as fast as you can
Just fyi Dr plunkett (neurology) refuses to work with patients when you can't come up with copay the day of the appointment and they get pushy when you tell them you need to reschedule they will not see you if you can't pay they will not do payments of any kind. I'm sorry it's horrible that all other locations and offices bill patients not charge on the spot. Sorry but it frustrates me that this office leaves me angry when everyone else there at the complex works with their patients and you can't leave voice messages. It is near impossible to get them to understand common sense. They treat you like a little child telling you what to do before tests like you need to be told and then have attitude.

She is the most loving caring doctor I have ever used. My son starting seeing her when he was 18. He is now 36. He loves her...hugs her and she hugs him. She knows what she is doing and I trust her with all my heart! My son is mentally retarded.

She spends a lot more time writing on her lap top than she does talking to her patients. It would be nice if she would examine the patient and set and talk to them face to face and really listen before she starts entering in information on her lap top.
