Excellent Doctor
Dr. Luster is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. She saved my life. She diagnosed and treated me for a rare life-threatening, condition. While she is efficient and does not waste time, I never feel rushed. Her busy staff is always respectful.

I am scheduled to see Dr. Luster today(12-2-20) at 3:00pm. My brakes went out on my car yesterday, so I’ve been trying to call and reschedule my appt since 10:30 am and no one at the front desk will answer the phone, as usual. Had I not been forced to reschedule my last appt, by her rude, medical assistant( the tall light skin lady w/ broad shoulders) on 11-19-2020, when I drove 240 miles to see Dr. Luster, I wouldn’t have this problem today. I was forced to reschedule my appt on 11-19-2020, after driving 240 miles to get there, just because I stepped outside in the hallway to take a 6 minute important phone call from a manager at the hospital. These women have also been harassing me, by constantly calling my husband lying to him about me arriving at the office at 4:00pm on 11-19-2020, knowing that is a bold face lie! I arrived at Dr. Luster office on 11-19-20 in b/t 2:49pm-3:00pm b/c the receptionist told me I could still come, that she would put me in the system as a 3:00pm patient.

Three years ago I started having severe pain to my right upper abdomen. had every test done, gall bladder removed without any relieve from the pain. My entire right side of my body from my head to the sole of my feet was painful. I was on guard at all times. numbness to my right side of my face. I felt things walking in my back. Had MRI of my entire body. Seen every doctor there was to see. I went to Dr. Luster and in 20 minutes I was diagnosed and treated and has been pain free since.
