Extremely careless doctor. Her medical license should be canceled. Went there after visiting ER to follow up. She started yelling at me. Had panic attack right on spot. Wow!! What a doctor!! Seriously, you start yelling at an anxiety patient????? Don't bother to go this place. You will regret it!!

Worst experience ever. Communication was really bad. The primary doctor Karen Lee has a very nasty attitude. She made it seem like it's patient's fault for not communicating needs when she should be training her staff better for basic communication skills. The only professional person there was the intern Michael who gave me a flu shot conveniently and apologized at the end. I felt bad for him because dr Karen Lee was pretty nasty to him as well. Front desk ppl were able to finally figure out my needs at the very very last second when I had to leave for work. I made an appointment first, stated my request and purpose of visit on the phone AND in person, waited for 40 mins to finally met doctor lee, and at the end my request was not met and I had to sit there listening to the doctor Karen Lee blaming me for not telling the front desk what I needed!? She was on a total power trip. ?? Overall this place was a waste of my time and JUST BAD VIBES. DONT GO!!!

Went for a quick check up and was in and out with little delay. I was lucky though, her office was FULL. She is obviously doing something right.

Took care of me at my weakest. For best service tell front desk you ONLY want to see Dr. Lee. She is a teacher of medical students so they usually get to see you first as practice. But that adds on time. 1+

Finally I found here I can leave my review let everyone know that she is really bad doctor I've ever seen,I remember I saw her first she want me to go 4 different places,do different things, seems like I am very old, almost die,I have to,come on,I am only 34 years old,of course I want to stay healthy, but sounds she pushes me to phase something,I have to buy,I tried to find out why,she didn't answer me on the front desk, she didn't want other patients to know our conversation, cheating insurance, bad!

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! STAY AWAY! PERFORMS EVERY PROCEDURE PAINFULLY, EXTREMELY RUDE. DOESNT MATTER IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL STILL WAIT IN WAITING ROOM FOR ATLEAST 30 MINUTES.

I got fever with sore throat due to infection. She told me it's allergy. Had to wait for 1 hour in the waiting area, and she had the student diagnosed me for another hour. She only spend 5 minutes with me. Plus the prescription that she gave me doesn't help at all. After another 2 days of fever, I went to another doctor. Stay away from this doctor unless you want to be misdiagnosed.
