I called to get an appt & got one the same day. When I got there they refused to see me as I didn't have my copay. Being a patient for 15 years I thought they would bill me. Dr. Hotchkin refused to see me without the copay. She wasn't even kind enough to come out & talk to me herself. I had never not had my copay before, but since they gave me an appt the same day, I didn't have money with me. If this is their policy, they should have let me know when I called. Aimee (front desk) was VERY rude.

I trust Dr. Hotchkin with my wellbeing. Experienced a general feeling of being unwell, not feeling right. Dr, Hotchkin listened carefully and ordered a myriad of bloodwork that showed a potential problem with parathyroid glands and referred me to a specialist. She believed me when I told her something's not right". THANK YOU!
