Do not go to this provider. She and her staff have nasty attitudes

I cannot reach this office. I have tried to call at different times for the past few days. The automated voice tells me that I am the 3rd caller in line. Every time. The email that I tried to send bounced back undeliverable. I tried to fax. Did not go through. Are they even open? This is extremely frustrating!

My experience with DR. DeVore has always been good. I changed dermatologists 10 years ago to see her, because I was not satisfied with my previous one. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. DeVore, I have been satisfied that my minor skin issues have been dealt with satisfactorily. Just recently I had a suspicious place on my face removed and sent off. It came back as basal cell carcinoma. Dr. Defore explained my treatment options thoroughly and at my request, has referred me to a dermatologist in Greenville who does MOHS procedure. From my personal experience, I would recommend Dr. DeVore.

Predatory business practices and underqualified clinicians. Terrible experience, will not be returning and do not recommend.

I went to Dr Devore for a specific concern on my face. The spot was visible and would bleed every time I gently washed my face. Her exact words were “it is nothing at all.” A nurse friend of mine couldn’t believe that was her response and urged me to see another dermatologist. I finally did and it was skin cancer and needed MOHS surgery.

She told me I probably had warts which turned out to be sun poisoning. She didn't even look at my skin

I can not believe all the negative reviews! I found this office to be exceptional! I have worked in the medical field for 20 + years and can honestly say that all of the staff are professional, friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Devore listened to me as well as examed all my areas of concern. She even sent in some of my rx’s to pharmacies she new would cost less! When you walk in the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they get your paper work together quickly and the longest I had to wait was 15 mins. Dr. DeVore gives more than one option if there is a skin issue. I will def be coming back!

This is a VERY UNCLEAN office, as well as the Unprofessional attitude by Karen and many staff members which is unacceptable. As a man I expect a higher degree of concern for the patients. My family will not be returning for any reason. 1-13-2022 DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER!

So traumatized by the fact that this office does not follow standard safety protocols for its patients. I will never step foot in this place again!

Doctor and staff are very unprofessional. Be cautious with charges. Services can cost 200.00 above equivalent services offered by reputable and professional dermatologist/practices. Avoid this practice.

I would absolutely recommend Dr DeVore and her staff! They all are extremely caring and make you feel comfortable. Dr DeVore was very thorough in her decisions with my diagnosis and treatment and I look forward in continuing under her care.

I have been using Dr. Devore's services for the last 10 years. I can't remember waiting over 15 minutes to be taken to the room and no more than 15 minutes in the room before she came in. I have always found her friendly, professional and willing to look at anything. I am amazed at what some of these reviews say and find it hard to believe they aren't fabricated.

Does not touch the patient at all she goes based off what you tell her not what she see's (cause she don't even get close) she does not come across as concerned and caring. Seems to be all about the money. The office does not call back in a reasonable time even considering the "next business day". HORRIBLE!!!!!! I've been with her for a little over a year and I'm finally fed up and going elsewhere.

Idk how it says the wait time is 16-30 mins. I’ve been here 6 times now & every time I’ve waited at MINIMUM 45 minutes. Sometimes 1 & 1/2 hours. A ridiculous amount of time to wait only for her to come in the room for 5 mins max. She is also rude. I expressed my concerns about my skin to her & she did not take me seriously AT ALL. She has a terrible attitude. My mother came here for about a year also & ending up switching doctors bc of long wait times & her dismissal of patient concerns. IM DONE

I could not have had a better experience with Dr DeVore. She listened and asked questions--a very pleasant, meaningful and productive visit.

It was a welcome change to have a physician look & listen, instead of relying on a computer. Dr Devore properly diagnosed my condition & has given me hope & encouragement, Her honesty & compassion is refreshing. I was originally misdiagnosed & left untreated by another physician, so I highly recommend Dr Devore.
