Wrong Eye Prescription
I went to Dr Kaufman for an exam for Sjorgens and asked for an eye exam. I had a hard time as the machine kept foggy up but I got my script and took it to Costco to make my glasses. My exam was $40. When I picked up my new glasses I could not see After walking around the store I went back and told them they were not right. So their Dr did the exam and it was totally different. I asked Dr Kaufman’s office for my $40 refund since I had to pay for a new exam. I didn’t think that was unreasonable. Since theirs was wrong. Therefore I will be finding a new Dr

I have been seeing Dr. Briggs for years. Have never had a bad experience. Excellent Dr. And staff are professional and courteous. Recommend her to my friends and family.
