My daughter has many health issues. After being hospitalized In Feb 2017, Dr Bernstein was recommended to be her Primary doctor besides having all of her specialists. The appt was made before discharge. We went to see her 3/6/17. My daughter posted on her FB that she hates seeing new doctor's but really "loved" this one! She is wonderful! Very smart and caring! Knows how to talk to kids. Entire Peds is great there! We could not be more pleased!

horrible doctor! She needs to learn bedside manners. I would not recommend Karen Bernstein for anyone. Even if I was on my death bed and she was the only doctor left on the planet, I rather die then to have dealings with her. Karen Bernstein should not be allowed to practice medicine anywhere in the world because she's such a disgustingly rude person. UIC hospital should make Dr.Bernstein attend training on how to treat patients with respect and dignity and to stop being arrogant.
