Cannot read EKG's
Dr. Bentley said my EKG from urgent care was normal. Urgent care doctor mentioned I had thickening of my heart. I followed up with cardiologist and he advised of the same thing. Dr. Bentley took 1 look at the abnormal EKG and said there was nothing to worry about. I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy.

Stay away from this doctor.
Dr. Bentley came in to my ER room and said my x-rays looked good and if I was still experiencing pain to contact my primary doctor. Offered no help or solution to my problem. She has no business being a doctor.

Dr. Bentley’s bedside manner is terrible, and she had no interest in what I or my mother had to say. We understood that there were some aspects of my mother’s condition which could not be addressed in the emergency room, but we had to repeatedly ask her to help with the ailments that were within the scope of her capabilities. Near the end of the visit, she was trying to walk out of our room while we were still speaking to her and asking questions.

If my family or myself would have to be treated where she is the doctor, we will leave and go somewhere else!!!! I have to add that ALL the other staff were excellent! They helped in ways they didn't have to and went above their duties.

This is the worse Dr any of my family has ever saw in the ER. My dad got taken by EMS to Iredell memorial because he was hallucinating and had a very high heart rate. He also was dehydrated and had major shoulder surgery 2wks ago. As soon as she saw him she said he was there so he could get pain meds. He don't even take pain meds. He didn't say one word about pain meds. She then went on to say he was hallucinating from alcohol dt's. She needs her license taken.
