Waited almost a year for an appointment for her to see my mother who has a form of dementia. This supposedly the doctors specialty. She spent little time with her. Her recommendation was for testing she already had and for her to see another dr for different meds. We thought Dr Bell would be able to help with her meds. She referred us to a Dr that doesn’t take meds or my mother’s insurance( which we asked prior). I have called 3 times so far to inform Dr Bell and ask for another referral. We about a year of time waiting to see Dr Bell

Would recommend not wasting your time
I've called this doctor's office 5 times to request that she make a call to my Father who is handling the care of my mother. FIVE TIMES and Dr Bell has not called. My parents experience with this doctor has been incredibly disappointing in person- feeling like no real tangible info or action items were shared. We're in the process of searching for a new neurologist - total waste of time.

My husband and I were recommended to Dr. Bell by another Columbia Doctor (different specialty). We were very impressed with the office staff as well as Dr. Bell. She was thorough, personable and very easy to talk to. She explained everything as she went along. Would definitely recommend her and the practice.

I really like Dr. Bell. She was so warm yet firm & requested additional testing to really understand my mother's situation. However, after an excruciating lumbar puncture - & being eager to hear about results - I'm told that the follow up appointment that I scheduled 2 months ago is being bumped back to clear her schedule for new patients. I can't believe that such a reputable place would disrespect my time so blatantly-even after I explained the hardship for me.
