Horrible experience.
Telehealth
I had a Telahealth video appointment this morning and Dr. Cooper met with me via video and didn’t ask any questions. He spoke to me for less than 1 minute and advised that I get an over the counter medication which he named but didn’t bother to write any notes about nor was I even provided a summary of my visit. I am very disappointed with what I received today.

Dr. Cooper was very helpful. He thoroughly explained the tests that were performed and what those tests ruled out or confirmed. I never felt rushed nor did I feel that he was rushing to finish with me. He answered every question I had and ensured his explanation was understood. My overall experience with him was very satisfying and I have no complaints at all.
