Accessible; available on short notice; communicates; listens; welcomes my involvement in healthcare decisions; includes two knowledgeable CNPs; provides a warm, friendly environment. I recommended her to persons seeking primary care and will continue to do so.

I have terminated my relationship with kara wallace and her pa courtney simmons due to negligent disregard. I was diagnosed with diabetes and they referred me to a specialist the appt was a full 5 months down the road.My blood sugar is averaging 500 at this point. However a few months down the road i have discovered they only prescibed enough test strips to test 2/daily for 1 additional month. They would not call in a refill for test strips!! They did for lancets and needles. Ridiculous.

I wouldn't send my dog to this office. Rude and horrible service. They have no clue whats going on, ever.

My family has seen Dr. Wallace for several years. She has always taken excellent care of each of us, whether it's a cold or our long-term health problems. Most doctors are in and out in 5 or 10 minutes, they are with you 20 to 30 minutes listening to your needs. The staff has always tried to accommodate last minute appointment needs so we didn't have to go to walk in clinics. I strongly recommend this physician and practice.

Dr. Wallace is an excellent doctor. She knows what she is doing. Very friendly. Her staff is also very polite and friendly. I will recommend all my family and friends to her. I referred a friend within a week already.
