Dr. Kara Alexandrovic, MD

Dr. Alexandrovic was the best OB/GYN I’ve ever been to. She truly cares, treats you as a person and takes time to listen to your concerns. I’m sad about relocating states and having to find another OB/GYN who would top her care.

I appreciate the way that Dr. Alexandrovic works with patients. She is kind, patient and focused. I have been pleased with her professionalism and care as well as that of the office staff.

I was a new patient. Dr. Alexandrovic greeted us and right away said nothing abnormal seen on ultrasound and would go over things but needed to get more of a history. After history done she went over ultrasound, what she thought was going on, and my options to treat it. She is very professional.

I've been a patient at Metropolitan OBGYN for a few years now since I moved to Denver. I absolutely adore Dr. Alexandrovic. She is warm. kind, honest, patient, and just truly cares about her patients. She is organized and always takes time to explain things that I don't always understand. Her assistant Sarah is the best- she helped me re-submit some medical forms when my insurance refused payment on a service that was necessary. The office staff are very friendly and helpful always. If you leave a message for the triage nurses they get back to you quickly. I've always been seen in a timely manner and never have to wait long at any of my appointments. What is really important to stress here is my journey with conception and loss. Dr. A was here for me and my husband every step of the way during this long and difficult journey. Talking to her is like talking to a friend you've known forever- she gives you that comfort level. I highly recommend Dr. Alexandrovic.

I've been so impressed with Dr. Alexandrovic for the 3-4 years I've been seeing her. I ran into some very scary health issues this past week and she made the time to call and talk to me about it on a Sunday. She truly cares about her patients and I couldn't recommend her more. I feel so lucky that Healthgrades paired me with her many years ago!

When I moved to Colorado, there are always some anxious feelings about going to new places. Three years later, happy. Dr. Alexandrovic is professional, smart, super friends and most important, a fabulous listener. I highly recommend Dr. Alexandrovic!

I have been very fortunate to have Dr. Alexandrovic as my OB-GYN for over 3 years. She is absolutely fantastic! The level of care that I get from her, and the staff, is unlike any care that I have received at other Dr's offices in the past. She does not rush through my exams (ever) but listens to my questions and concerns,engages intently and communicates with me effectively. It is a level of personal care that I appreciate and trust and why I will continue to go for my health care needs. :)

She is absolutely wonderful. Admitted me into L&D after I had some complications and she really seemed to care, even though she's not my primary OB. I love my OB and I loved her too! Very helpful and reassuring in a scary time.

Dr. Alexandrovic is an excellent provider. She clearly keeps up with the OB/GYN literature and has a depth of clinical knowledge. She also has a great bedside manner. When she delivered my son we had post partum complications, and she managed the situation with skill and authority. She took control of the situation all while remaining collegial and kind to the nursing staff. I will definitely return to her for all of my women's health needs, and if we choose to have another baby.

I was really happy with my visit to Dr Alexandrovic. She takes the time to explain all parts of your health and let you ask questions. I have had certain medical issues most of my life and never had anyone explain pieces of it the way she did. The wait time was short and I didn't feel my appointment was rushed.
