Horrible experience with their office. Was seen November 11, 2023. Was seen by the nurse practitioner who prescribed me an in house sleep study. She stated they were more accurate. Received a prior authorization in the mail that was dated November 29, 2023 and never heard from the office to schedule. I call on December 20th and was told she had to put in a prior authorization for a in home sleep study. I stated they prescribed an in house study. She cut the conversation short and then I later received another prior authorization. Still no contact from the office. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for the 15th I had to cancel because there was no study completed. Today I spoke with Jackie and she informed me they are no longer going to prescribe in house study's. This is the last month they are going to do the in house study's. I said no one has contacted me and she explained they are short staffed. Argg! This level of service should not be acceptable for any respectable doctor, in my opinion. I would not recommend them at all.

He was most helpful in my case as he assisted with my diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and corrected my RX settings to 14, when it was suppose to be to 20. After that i immediately started felling better day by day.

Dr. Dhawan has an excellent bedside manner and has always been 100% professional over the past couple of years that he has been treating me for my sleep apnea!
