Dr Shah is so far very good

I'm not sure if the physician had already come to a conclusion as to what was needed and/or the action plan for me, but he didn't seem too concerned about my input or I was talking too much, and time was of the essence. I felt rushed through the appointment. At one point, during my response to a question, he held his finger up to pause my comment so that I could give him a chart I referenced from my primary physician. When you are referred to a specialist it is disconcerting. Allow the patient to give you as much information as possible and participate in the exchange...FEEL HEARD.

Dr Shah always explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. Goes beyond most doctors in accommodating my husband and me to avoid so many trips.

Dr. Shaw showed great concern for my problem and fully explained all my options moving forward.

Dr. Shah was very kind and explained my test results, discussed a plan of care with me.

Dr Shah was very thorough also very pleasant.

Acted like he was in a hurry didn't act like he was very caring

Dr. Shah was a new Doctor from Methodist. I was feeling very very concerned and had some unusual symptoms, he spoke very precisely and was very reassuring over my issues and continued help with requests and follow up questions through messaging after my appointment which was very important with helping me move forward with upcoming GI needs as well. Also nurse and staff very good. Testing needed was performed quickly and with attention to patient comfort and ease seamlessly through out process loved the teamwork during stress test lasting 3.5 hours of patient focused care.

Excellent visit from front door to exit!! The Dr was Superb

Dr. Shah spent maybe about 10 minutes with me. He was polite but did not provide adequate explanation of test result indicators that would cause my primary care physician to refer me to a cardiologist. He said there was no concerns with my test results and that everything was normal, yet his office booked me for another appointment next year. Then I received a message the following week that I should return for another test. Dr. Shah made no mention of the need of any further tests during the exam. After multiple calls of being bounced around Methodist Hospital, his office finally concur the test was not necessary. A month later I got another bill for costs not covered by insurance even though I paid for deductible up front. There was a lack of explanation of health indicators that warrant further follow-up. Office was not transparent about costs.

Assistant and Dr Shah were very professional and thorough. Am glad to have him as my cardiologist.

I REALLY Liked Dr Shah. He was very easy to follow- as Cardiac care is all new to me. He spent adequate time with me. He gave me great suggestions, and instructions. I was anxious about this appointment, but Dr. Shah made it a clear and simple visit. I was very pleased.
