Very similar experience with front staff. I am a patient of a retired doctor in that same office, but apparently neither Dr. Wong or Dr. Perry have enough time or consideration to assist me. I was told I go on a waiting list and if I had certain kinds of insurance they would not see me at all. Lucky for me, I had an acceptable type of insurance, but even if I felt I had somewhat of an urgent condition, they would just put me on their "waitlist." If I really felt I needed to see a doctor sooner than 6 months, I should call someone else. So sad as my previous experiences (30+ years) with my retired doctor and staff had been nothing but pure professionalism and outstanding care.
