RUN!!!
I wish I could leave ZERO STARSThis family is the ENTIRE WORST set of individuals I’ve ever met. I called to leave a message and the lady who answered the phone (Mrs Patel) gave me her thoughts on my condition. I told her, “I don’t care about your thoughts, ma’am. You just answer the phones.” After going into the office, Mrs Patel lied to my face and said that the Nurse Practitioner Delesa refused to see me. And she confused me with someone of the same name and date of birth. (What are the possibilities ?!?) RUN!! Patel has ZERO bed side manners. When I go, I refuse to see him. I see his Nurse Practitioner. The office experience is great if you don’t have to interact with the actual Dr. Run for you life !!!!!

Avoid Dr. Patel at any cost.
Avoid this place and doctor likes it’s the a disease you don’t want to catch. The doctor is so bad with zero manners and the staff isn’t any better. The doctors wife are just as bad. I’m not sure how this doctor is still practicing. It’s really so bad it’s perplexing he still has patients who keep him in business. My only conclusion is his patients have no other alternative with their insurance. I feel so bad for them because they are not getting the proper care they deserve. Shame on this doctor and those who enable him. Please save me with reply to this because this is an honest review. The majority of your reviews are horrible and Dr. Patel has done absolutely NOTHING after reading the reviews yet has refused to change anything. They only gaslight those who leave reviews. Dr. Patel, have you EVER considered these reviews and thought maybe you have a problem and change? Seems like you don’t care and it shows.

See Someone Else
Initially saw him for a mild tremor in my hand. He prescribed a medication that really helped. Saw him again months later for a re-examination and re-evaluation. My medication had run out He was supposed to renew the prescription. Over a week later I'm still waiting on the prescription. Calling his office is futile. His office doesn't answer calls. They transfer you to a useless answering service that then refers you to a useless phone menu. I went through this process several times, leaving a message every time, asking for a callback. Never received a call. Totally non-responsive. His office staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I'm not sure if it's negligence or disregard for his patients. Either way, I will never go to him again.

Easily the rudest Physician I have EVER encountered.I wouldn't trust this man with treating anyone I knew and can't believe people actually let this place treat them.

Left with no hope
Lack of sincerity in addressing issues. Lack of prompt responsiveness to his own orders. Long wait time. Answers to patient inquiries, all, were no hope, 'nothing can be done'. Subsequently, progress with other specialists. We will not return.

Very unhappy with his lack of responsiveness while my husband was in the hospital. He ordered expensive tests and never graced us with his presence to give results or try to answer questions that were important to us. So disappointed.

I had an 11am Appt this morning. I arrived at 10:50 to be sure I was checked in on time and the nurse took me back at 11:05 for temp and blood pressure. I then waited till 11:45 before I left. That's ridiculous... if you schedule an appointment you should stick to it. There were only 2 patients at the office... myself and another older woman. The staff isn't the problem... they're really good. it's the Dr. This isn't the first time I've been left for over 20 minutes sitting in an exam room at this practice. I won't be returning.

Not great. Met him after ER visit and admitted to South Bay. Never introduced himself. Came into my room and just started talking about nothing related to me. I had to ask him who he was! Following extensive tests, I asked him results and he said he really wasn't sure what had happened. He was very dismissive. Not overly concerned. Looking for someone else to review my records.

The front office ladies were nice & I had ease of scheduling an appointment. Dr. Patel spent about 10 minutes with me. He did not answer my questions-he just say there and I had to talk. He never responded. I was less than impressed with him. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone as he is just plain strange. Barely spoke to me. Ordered an MRI of my brain & was out the door. Don’t waste your time seeing this Dr.

Unprofessional and no bedside manners. Displays non concerned. Did my EEG under another patient name. Assured me it had been corrected and they were my results. Never apologized, after telling him I'd lost trust in him professionally, before I could say I won't be back, he suggested I find another neurologist. No respect for him at all. Would never recommend him to any one looking for neurologist.

I was sent to Dr. Patel by my Family Doctor because I could not move my left ankle or foot. Upon an exam by Dr. Patel I was diagnosed with Drop Foot. Following his advice for physical therapy, a brace and an eventual nerve test I am now able to move my foot again. Thank you Dr. Patel for your steadfast care. I'm dancing again.... ; )

I visited this office for the first time last week. We recieved some very bad news. The doctor spent probably longer than he had allotted with me as he answered some of the questions I could get out in this moment of shock. He was compassionate, and honest and truthful. I realize that the many inconveniences suffered by patients daily as their appointments aren't on time, or the front desk struggles to keep up with the workload are valid concerns, however, on might stop and ask themselves for a moment, why MIGHT the doctor be late? It just might be because he has spent the last forty minutes in a room with someone after telling them their loved one has an incurable, terminal disease. Your insurance is paying him pennies on the dollar, and has the expectation that each visit should last less than 10 minutes. In this case, instead of delivering the news and rushing out because someone else was waiting, he stayed, and answered questions. Being a doctor is hard, and the insurance companies

We found Dr. Patel to be thorough in his assessment of my husbands concerns and tested him completely. But most importantly we found Dr. Patel to be a very good listener and to give my husband the personal attention he needed to express himself and his concerns about his health. We would be very comfortable recommending him to others in our community.

After 9 months he believes my sudden incontinence, heat prostration, white spots on my brain MRI, and optic neuritis are caused by migraines. No one answered my questions, explained tests, or told me what to expect. He told me he entered this practice so he could shock people with the CNS test. He said I don't appear to have MS but is sending me to the USF clinic of MS. I will be getting a second opinion and a new neurologist
