Swift exams, relatively painfree eye injections
Dr. Ramaiya is popular because he is adept and carefully reviews eyes and data from exams. He is the doctor I prefer to inject my eyes because the pain is less and the healing is faster.

This clinic and staff are the best! I had to have an emergency visit and surgery and I cannot say enough about the entire staff! Every step of the way I was treated beautifully and was totally informed about the procedures. Everyone was friendly, professional, and informative. This is the only clinic I will visit in the future!

It is ridiculous and malpractice to make a near blind senior citizen to wait two hours for a 15 minute verbal consultation. Even your office staff agree you must get your scheduling act together and make patients time a priority and not your selfish greedy own. I am very disgusted with how you treat senior patients time as if it has no value.

Waited 2 1/2 hours....heard Dr talking to patient next door for over an hour. Came in to see me...first time seeing me....only to spend a few minutes and said he didn't have time to answer my questions...booked it out of there like his pants were on fire. I was insulted and furious. Don't recommend him or this practice.

Dr did not introduce himself, never asked my name or introduced himself to my husband. He did not explain the procedure, had me scheduled for the wrong eye and then argued with me that my chart showed that eye needed procedure too, which was not true. Yelled at me for speaking, he should have given me a mask to wear! Used volumes of betadine in my eye causing sore throat and nosebleeds. Was leaving and had to be reminded by nurse to look to see medication was in proper place in eye.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ramaiya for more than a year, initially for surgical follow-up visits and then for surgery. He is treating me for retina and macula issues. He is so kind and friendly, and he instills a great deal of confidence in me. He takes time to talk with me, and not just about my eye issues. I have found it rare to find a physician who combines personal warmth with amazing professional skills.

Dr Ramaiya is a concerned and thorough practitioner. He takes time for his patients and doesn't rush you through. He is so caring and explains his diagnosis and procedures well. He travels from Albuquerque to Farmington 2x per month. I live in Souther Colorado and travel 125 miles one way for my visit. His practice is very busy when He comes. He is not only my care giver but has become a friend. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding care. Took a lot of time with me and carefully explained what was happening to my eye. Very concerned about risk for other complications and called me at home at 8:00p.m. to make sure I'd contacted my primary care provider.
