Rushed, Arrogant Dismissive and Wrong
Riad was condescending and arrogant from my first meeting. He ordered a stress test and then yelled at me and his nurse that it didn't include the die needed to see the results; he ordered it wrong. He also messed up a prescription and I had to call 3 times before he looked at it and corrected it. He dismissed my ongoing heart pain and I had a very serious complication. Told me to take an antacid

We transferred from Lake Health to Dr. Riad for my mom's cardiology needs, and we were very happy with the doctor and his staff. He took his time and was very compassionate. He explained the treatment plans, and answered all of our questions.

He was very short with my dad. Not compassionate at all. When asked a question, seem to be rushed and that he did not want to be bothered. Gave wrong information about my dad where we had to correct what he was saying? With that, how could you rate MD Riad as a good doctor? He didn't even know what he was talking about until we corrected him. Next time doctor Riad, make sure you study your chart about your patient first and be a little more compassionate!

He is a mean and impatient man. You can not ask him questions or he will yell and talk down to you. He has been treating me for afib and doesnt appear to know what he is doing. Go elsewhere! Things got so bad I was forced to sile complaints with the Clinic and the Board of Health.
