There is not enough space here to explain what happened, but one of the staff at this office was so unbelievably rude, and I have never experienced that in a medical practice before. I was trying to be helpful and the woman was nasty. In my view, the doctor is not thorough and the practice of not checking an area after a biopsy comes out pre-cancerous is not a medically good practice. It took three weeks to get the biopsy back and I was told not to come in because the margin had already been taken and was clean. My forehead still had crusty areas on it and the area was not clean from keratosis. It needed to be looked at. I believe this to be a terrible practice to not listen to a patient's misgivings. I was trying to help by letting them know that they should not rely on the report and should call a patient in for a final check, but got nothing but nastiness from the manager. I would definitely not recommend this dermatology office.

Dr Myer is prompt when you have an appointment. She has more than met my needs with skin problems. Has preformed minor surgery on me and I have had very good luck with healing.Little or no discomfort during procedures. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.I would recommend this office anytime.

Seemed generally apathetic. Personal appearance was sloppy (shoes not zipped). Office dusty and moldy. Visit was rushed and off-handed and her manner seemed cavalier - did not inspire confidence.

Attentive, good listener, accurate diagnosis, VERY skilled at removing skin problems, including my eyelid bumps, lip bumps. Works quickly. The Best!!!

She was dismissive and extremely rude. She didn’t take concerns seriously, and was short with me and very disrespectful. I’ve never had a worse experience with a medical provider.

Dr, Mayer is a caring dermatologist surgeon. She gave me two chemotherapy shots for my skin cancer So far there is little scarring
