EXCELLENT!! He is a wonderful and caring doctor. I had a sudden problem seeing flashing lights at night. I called the next day and relayed the message to his awesome staff. He called me from the hospital where he was working and because I could not answer the phone He left a message for me to call him on his cell. When I did he said to come into the office at 8 that night. He found out I had 2 holes in my eyes and then and there performed the surgery! He's awesome and very concerned & caring.

Dr. Tsao was amazing, he was the first dr I saw as my vision started to go, he was caring, patient, and once we had the answer that it was not my eye, rather Multiplre Sclerosis, he called a neurologist and got me in right away! Yes it sucks that I have MS, but so happy Dr Tsao was there all the way.

I once called him on a Sunday and he met me in his office within 45 minutes of my phone call! He is trustworthy, honest, caring, and a overall a wonderful doctor!
