I have been a patient of Dr Das for 8 years. I had been to see him as my primary Doctor and general medical issues during this time. Last year I had an incident with an assistant (being unprofessional and not providing needed medical assistance) for Dr Das. I spoke with him about it and was told that we wouldn't have this problem again. He then proceeded with a diagnosis that required a follow up with him 6-12 months later.  I set an appt last week for today at 0900 (10 months later). When I was pulling in to the parking lot at 0855,  I got a call from his scheduling staff saying that they had mailed me a letter and sent a registered letter ( I never received either and you have to sign for registered letter....) saying that I would need to find another Dr since I was not satisfied with the services I had received previously. If this was the case why didn't the scheduling staff advise me when I made the appointment or someone call me in the 10 months they had been providing prescriptio
