Dr, Kini herself is a very good doctor. She really listens to what you are saying and your concerns, doesn't rush and is thorough. HOWEVER, the people in the office and billing are TERRIBLE. You can't get anyone on the phone, chat, email or otherwise to respond about issues. Making an appointment is a procedure. Over all mass disorganization and incompetence. The response and service is so bad I am not returning.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a Drs office. I am now calling for the 4th time in 24 hours to try and get a blood test scheduled for a follow up on a previous one that had bad results. Totally disorganized practice, lack of respect for patients, getting different answers every time I call and STILL no reply from the Dr....wow very scary.

I was referred by my best friends to visit Dr. Kini at MOM. They did not disappoint. Everything was so thorough and each individual, took the time to go through every detail of my history as well as anything I may currently need assistance with. I loved Dr. Kini and her PA, Carli - both so incredibly friendly and kind. Really put me at ease being in a new doctors office. I'm so glad that I found them!

The office staff and physician assistant were very welcoming. Dr. Kini was wonderful. She is super friendly and makes a personal connection with her patients. I live that she remembered and asked about my daughter. Not only is she very friendly, but also very knowledgeable and she makes me feel that I am in the best of hands when it comes to my health.

Dr.Kini is so patient, thorough, and kind. She listens to every single concern and takes in everything you say. Her diagnosis was thorough and you can tell she truly cares for her patients! I have been needing to get my blood taken for years and she knows I am terrified of this. Instead of sending me to a lab she took my blood right then and there in the room herself so that I was sure to get it done. Truly the best doctor!
