Dr. Jyothi Nichanametla, MD

I went to see Dr. Nichanametla and she was really in a rush to see me for my annual check up. She forced me to get a pap smear procedure that I never even needed. Worst ever.

Doctor is wonderful. She delivered both of my children. She is a very well experienced doctor, polite and caring. She has been so kind throughout my both pregnancies. She was so supportive and patience in my both deliveries. With my first pregnancy I had natural contraction but ended up having emergency c-section. With my second baby she guided me to induce naturally and successfully had VBAC. I highly recommend her!!

She is a horrible OB. I second the other person’s review that she scheduled patients one on top of the other, waiting room full plus patients in the back. All during COVID! Definitely not 6 feet apart. Then when she finally came to see me almost an hour after my appointment, she was so rushed in speaking with me about birth control I was there for and more concerned about doing a Pap smear just to bill for another procedure. I told her I struggle with depression and anxiety, I could barely get out the questions I wanted to ask her because she was so in a rush to end the convo, write me a script and move on to the next. She mentioned birth control could make my depression and anxiety worse, even bring on suicidal thoughts then I wasn’t able to ask more questions, she wanted to see me back in a month but I told her office she’ll never see me again. To top it off, I get a text that someone from her office called in a vaginal ring for me to the WRONG CVS location! She is the worst!

I had very good experience with Dr. Nichanametla. She is a very well experienced doctor and care about her patients. Her staff is also very cooperative with all scheduling appointment and reminders.

Very unprofessional doctor. Her Canton office is dirty, incredible dirty chairs at the entrance. This is an OBGYN office, it should clean. You always find 5-7 people waiting in the waiting area plus more patients in the examination room. She schedules her patients every 10 minutes and spend the same amount with them. She always seems in a hurry, not a good listener and very impersonal. If you need to talk to her, she never bothers to call you. Most of the time they don’t clean the room after patients, you find the paper and the utensils she used for previous patient and have to wait to be cleaned. I suppose to have a laparoscopy surgery with this doctor for having abdominal pain and bloating for 6 months. There were 2 attempts to have this procedure but their office messed them both up. First, they forgot to send paperwork to the insurance, second the appointment was cancelled because they scheduled my appointment exactly on my period cycle

Professional staff from the front desk to the doctor. The doctor herself very well experienced knows what she is doing has professional ethics, respectful and care about her patients. I been with them from 9 years

Worst doctor, please never go!!! Don’t ruin your and you’re baby’s life... Very bad pre-natal experience. Please go to other big hospitals maternity care.

She is the best doctor. I went from beginning of my pregnancy and she was very supportive at every step of my pregnancy and delivery.

I've seen many different doctors in my life and I haven't met a doctor that deserves to practice this profession as Dr. Jyothi Nichanametla. She is professional, empathetic, sincere, and attentive. She takes her time to ask and listening to the patient's answers. She is patient and wonderful . She all the qualities that a human is supposed to have especially when treating patients . I appreciate you Dr. Nichanametla !

I have had Dr.Nichana since the beginning of my pregnancy. She and her staff has treated me so well. Everything a hormonal first time pregnant mom would need! She was very gentle with me, addressed all my questions and concerns! I was induced at St.Marys and she was there every step of the way. I needed to get a c-section and Dr.nichana did the procedure and it was a success. My cut was done so perfectly its undetectable, i recommend her if you need an incision. I love her and her work!

She is an excellent doctor, made me carry over my pregnancy with total ease, as we were on our own with no elderly support.I hailed from India & desperately needed a Indian doctor who understands our lifestyle & she was best.Pretty straightforward and helped me follow a very disciplined schedule throughout my pregnancy. Has good decision making skills that suits individual preference. The team at her clinic is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed being there for my visits. Highly recommended?!

Hi everyone Dr. Nichana is one of the best OBGYN. She's very smart and intelligent and knows her stuff. My 9 month vistits with dr nichana where great. She makes you feel very comfortable. I never had a problem with dr nichana and also her staff. I recommend dr nichana to everyone and you won't be disappointed. And for my next baby I will for Sure go back to see dr nichana. I loved my experience with Dr. Nichana during my pregnancy! She was always timely, helpful, and caring. What really won me over was the delivery. I will always remember the point where I wanted to give up and she coached me through. She's a terrific doctor!
