Dr. Young and staff are so caring, competent, upbeat, and professional - wonderful care and no hassles over billing and insurance. Let me say "Thank You" again for improving my quality of life significantly.

Dr. Young and his team are wonderful people. The staff at the front desk (Dacula location) are a different story. They are not helpful in the least and have bad attitudes. In several situations where staff could have been informative and helpful, they gave me a hard time. In each of my three visits, the front desk had an adversarial attitude. As a patient they made me feel like I was an annoyance. I would NOT recommend this office because of the front desk staff.

I had a horrible experience with this office. I called the office multiple times to make an appointment and there was no answer until I complained. Once I got a call back from the office I asked how much they charge for a consultation and they told me the consultation is free. When I arrived at the appointment the front desk staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. The Doctor was nice and professional however he saw me for about two minutes. When we were leaving they told me I owe them $95.
