Had to get stitches for a dog bite, he was nice as he overlooked the dr giving me 11 stitches to the cheek / chin. Had stitches removed by a different Dr and she diagnosed an abscess saying this happens with animal bites and I did nothing wrong. She wanted me back there in 2 days and was concerned. Went back was continued on an antibiotic that might not be working / what I needed so the Dr told me not to hesitate coming back if needed. It wasn’t getting better so I went back and was told by Dr Yee it wasn’t infected and to google keloid. It is not a keloid!! They don’t form that fast or look like an abscess. Went home feeling bad. It got worse so I went back and was told by Dr Yee to see a plastic surgeon. He said he would cut it open to prove it because he doesn’t want to see me there again and the new antibiotic the DR prescribed wasn’t going to work. Referred me to a plastic surgeon. Guess what the antibiotics are working now and would’ve worked faster had he not been so arrogant.

Five years ago, in 2015, I went to the Northwest Community Hospital ER in excruciating pain. I was 25 years old. This doctor walked in, looked at my paperwork, and nonchalantly said “at this rate, you’ll be dead by 30.” I have no terminal illness, no reason to believe that. Today is my 30th birthday. I’m happy to report I’m alive. I’ve thought of his comment since December of 2015 when he made it. Maybe he doesn’t realize how much weight these comments hold. I would not recommend this doctor.
