I've worked as an outpatient RN for 44yrs, including in Dermatology. I visited this MD on a cancellation. His office was absolutely the least professional I've ever been in. The office was not clean, no history was taken. I had to suggest maybe undressing would help with a full body derm check. Couldn't close the blinds and Dr Thulin assured me "no one could see in". HAH! Did not wash his hands before or after exam. Tragic. I've seen tattoo parlors that were cleaner and more professionally run.
