Smug
Dr. Rutt was condescending and pompous when discussing a previous diagnosis (by another provider). Assuming, because I didn't fit into his archaic stereotype that the diagnosis couldn't be accurate. I would not suggest seeing Dr. Rutt until he receives diversity training.

I was suffering from chronic pain and stiffness. Dr Rutt had a very patient approach and listened to my answers to all of his various questions before skillfully aligning several points along my scalp and neck which left me feeling better instantly.

Dr. Rutt was rude to my dying mother and I, when he was doing his residency at Sparrow Hospital. My mother had already been diagnosed with cancer by oncology. I brought her into the ER with symptoms of infection. She was given an abdominal MRI & taken up to a room. When Dr. Rutt entered he rolled his eyes at the nurse. He was snotty & patronizing to me “ I don’t see any cancer, I don’t know WHERE you’re getting this”. I showed him in his OWN notes. He shut up. Soon after she died
