I had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Richardson. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the front staff to Dr. Richardson himself. I will definitely recommend my friends and family here.

I had an OUTSTANDING surgery experience with Dr. Justin Richardson. He was informative, professional, skilled, and delivered great results. And, he coordinated well with the staff - anaselologinst, pre-op nurses, post-op nurses, etc. A real pro and highly recommended!

Get all billing information set before you have surgery. He used a surgical assistant who was not approved by the insurance prior to the surgery and I ended up paying a huge amount out of pocket because he used an assistant who was out of network. Staff in his office were not helpful at all and just stated that I signed a release authorizing this. They took the time to tell me how much would be out of pocket before the surgery and never mentioned this huge charge.
