Dr. Justin Jones, MD

The PA didn’t understand anything about chronic fatigue. I know more by just doing a google search. Total waste of time and money. My daughter left crying. No answers just “get some rest and exercise”. Really??

Dr. Jones is great Dr. Jones has been my primary care (PC) doctor for a number of years. Hi is very caring for both my physical body and my mental state. I'm not at all depressed but Dr. Jones is concerned about my entire health. Doctor Jones answers questions for me and the ones that my wife asks. He doesn't just tell me what to do but gives me my options and discusses them with me so I can make informed decisions. I have a number of physical problems and as I age it seems that I pick up more problems. Dr. Jones has recommended that I see a number of different specialists. Each time that I did they only confirmed that Dr. Jones was correct in his diagnosis. Not only do I recommend Dr. Jones but I have taken my wife and adult kids to him. If you are in need of a family practice doctor Dr. Jones will do a good job for you.

Unprofessional and incompetent office staff.

I have only had two office visits, and I feel like I am very supported in my weight loss endeavor. Dr. Jones made some good recommendations regarding my use of certain prescription medications that are already showing positive changes in my health.

I moved here during the pandemic and our family had some medical issues. He took the time and reminds me so much of the care docs gave in the old days. I couldn’t have gone through what I have without him. He’s not a robot doc!

I’ve seen dozens of doctors in my 60+ years. Dr. Jones is easily among the top five. He listens attentively to my concerns and is open to alternative treatments, which I find very admirable in a western trained doctor. He offers pros and cons of different approaches to treatment and explains why he feels the way he does. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend him!

I did not have any appointment on my last visit (Friday, 06/17/22), but Dr. Jones took care of me. Due to the nature of my visit, I called from the parking lot and a Telehealth was set up between Dr. Jones and I. During our conversation, I told him about my condition and he took his time and listen and explain to me how and what I’m suppose to do. He recommended what I must do and what medication to take. Although our conversation was brief, I followed his recommendations and now I am okay. I will definitely recommend Dr. Jones to my family and friends.

I appreciate Dr. Jones. He makes me feel that he is concerned about me and really cares. He is very thorough and I feel as if I am in good hands.

It is nice to have the support and coaching when you are trying to make a life style change to improve your health. There are both understanding and Inspiring at the same time pushing you to achieve your goals

First time visit. The best attention to my needs, advice, and next steps to take care of some injuries. He was pleasant to talk to. It became clear to me that he is knowledgeable and experienced.

Dr.Jones is an outstanding doctor… He takes time to answer your questions and is so caring about his patients. He follows up to make sure you are doing the things you need to do to take care of yourself.. He is very knowledgeable and has worked with me with a pulmonary embolism and blood disorder and was so wonderful to get me trough this scary event.. His the absolute best!

Dr Jones was very helpful and open to my concerns

Overall, I was not very impressed by Dr. Jones. He didn't seem to take our medical history sufficiently into consideration. I always was left feeling that his diagnostic abilities where either underdeveloped or being under-utilized. He did not always seem very responsive to our medical needs. We tried for a few years, but ultimately were disappointed with the service we received from him.

As soon as my (first) visit with Dr. Justin Jones began, my anxiousness receded! His friendliness, as he greeted and introduced himself to me, put me at ease. Throughout the visit I felt his sincere concern as he questioned, examined, and patiently explained things to me. I am so glad Dr. Jones is my doctor!
