Entire staff is wonderful. Very Friendly and helpful.

The office got me in quickly. He listened to all of my concerns and then gave me advice on what to take OTC vitamins to try helping. Got me set up for bloodwork right away and procedures soon to get to the root cause. Very happy with the doctor and the whole staff. They are very kind and informative.

Didn't have any issues with my visit. Next appointment for follow up scheduled. A busy Doctor!

Dr. Gomez is great, but dealing with the staff is frustrating. I received an automated appointment reminder after noon on a Friday (they close at noon), so I couldn't inquire about missing blood work orders. On Monday, after a second reminder, I got a call from a staff member who said they'd pull recent blood work from another doctor. The next call I received was from a staff member who was short and didn't listen. She insisted I said I had blood work when I meant I had it from another doctor but not from their office. Instead of addressing my concern, the conversation turned into a confusing and seemingly combative back-and-forth. This experience made me question the appointment's value without the necessary blood work. The staff's unhelpfulness and desire to argue detracts from Dr. Gomez's excellent care.

My doctor sent a referral. Didn’t hear back from Gomez staff. I called and was told in a very snippy tone “We can’t accommodate you”. I asked if not taking new patients and again was told “We can’t accommodate you. We sent a letter to your doctor” in the same snippy tone. I called the next week to possibly get an explanation. . Still waiting. Dr. Gomez and his medical staff may be great, I won’t know. His office referral person and office administrator not great and very unprofessional.

I've been seeing Dr. Justin Gomez for a few years now, first for acid reflux/GERD, and recently for a regular colon screening. His concern with making sure I didn't skip out on my screening made me feel like he really cares about me and my entire GI health - not just the original reason I came to him for. If you're looking for a good GI doc, go with Gomez. His nurse Serita is fantastic, too.

Dr. Gomez is a wonderful kind, caring and knowledgeable Dr. however, his office staff is anything but… My experience has been less than pleasant dealing with them.

Very good doctor. listens and explains clearly. Cares about his patients. Highly recommend. Office staff and PA are very good as well. If you need help, he's your doctor!

Dr Gomes is great, as is his PA Tom. The appointment scheduling is atrocious due to the woman who does the scheduling. Non stop phone tag makes it impossible to schedule a followup THAT THEY CANCELLED. it is a shame because Dr. Gomez truly is a knowledgeable and caring physician.

Dr. Gomez is the best listener. He cares and makes the patient feel safe and cared for.

I have been seeing this practice for a year. First visit was with Dr Gomez. After that, rest have been with another provider in this Dr office. I had a scheduled appointment but they did not want to see me when I showed up because my referral auth had expired. They made me go back to my Dr to get another authorization started with my insurance than to see me now and figure ot the insurance later, and then, in between the time I got the referral started and my next appointment they sent me a letter advising me they were dropping me. No phone call, nothing. These people are more concerned with insurance paying them than they are with providing scheduled medical care.

The staff was a well oiled machine. Everything went as planned. Could not have been happier with the visit or the follow up
