I had a really bad experience working with this clinic. I did a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery with them followed by a sleep apnea treatment. The nurses were not following up properly and I had to call in every once in a while to get an update. They were really nice until I paid the last bit of money on the balance sheet and from that point they were careless. I would never recommend this clinic for anybody who is looking for timely care and response. The nurse who followed up on my sleep apnea case had only one answer to all my questions ' I don't know'.

I was referred by my Physician for a “Mucocele of Tonsil”. Having a sinus infection which 10 days of antibiotics had not cured in addition to a mucus pocket that was also still there. During the visit were many rude comments however, by far the rudest was while pointing at his head (brain) said “this is all in your head probably due to the fact that your sister has just been diagnosed.” You see during our conversation, it was also mentioned that my sister had just been diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and had just had a Thyroidectomy. I explained to him this sinus infection was only diagnosed because I noticed while being with my sister that I had a white puss pocket on my throat. I was sure to tell him that was not my concern at all, I was concerned I may have exposed her to strep or something, so I went to the Dr. only to make sure It was not contagious because if I was contagious, I wanted to make her aware of it since she had just had surgery to remove her thyroid.

Waiting over 2 hours now. No Dr to be seen. Husband left work to help with kids. Pathetic. Don't make any plans for the day

Otolaryngology Associates (i.e. Dr. Justin Garner) here in Columbus is a joke!! After an ear infection, treated in October 2015, I have lived with constant severe nasal congestion & headache, leading to loss of smell & spending most nights trying to sleep in a recliner. After allergy testing that was negative. I decided to seek another medical opinion @ ENT Physicians in Tupelo. The first visit they did a CT scan & nasal endoscopy. Now to due an untreated sinus infection I must endure surgery.
