As a physician, it's actually not that easy to select a primary care physician for oneself. This was not the case with Dr. Cross. I felt at ease from our first appointment, and have continued to see him for the past few years. I've even recommended him to other colleagues and family members. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He takes time to listen, and never makes me feel rushed. He is up to date with medical guidelines, yet is still able to provide personalized care.
