Doctor didn’t show!
I was scheduled for a telemedicine and the doctor never showed up. I couldn’t get ahold of any office staff, nor would anyone respond to my online messages. The doctor is arrogant, entitled, irresponsible, and greedy. The office isn’t responsive and heavily overbooks and overcharges. Very disappointed.

Dr. Brown seems like a fine doctor and I have no complaints about him. But the place he works, The Derm Group in Verona, is one of the worst and most disorganized offices I've ever been to. I don't recommend it to anyone. My reason for going was to receive phototherapy for a widespread skin condition, which involves exposing the naked body to light inside a special box. The techs who "assist" the patient do virtually nothing. On one occasion one of them forgot to turn on the machine and I had to go and call someone, since the patient is left completely alone. The office also appears to need a thorough cleaning, and goggles worn inside the light booth are used by one patient after another with no discussion of how or if they are sanitized in between. Receptionists don't seem to want to be involved with the patients--once when I had waited almost an hour and went to inquire, a receptionist told me I had only arrived ten minutes before. I discontinued treatments with them.

Dr brown was extremely disinterested and basically had one foot out the door during my appointment. He was aloof and had zero interest in my concerns. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Awful experience and complete waste of my time. Even the nurse looked embarrassed for his behavior. Unreal.

Wonderful to find a Dermatologist who partners with YOU to resolve an ongoing issue. An allergic reaction to medication, he immediately provided options to begin treatment. Dr. Brown was extremely informative about my condition. He returned my calls when staff was unable to assist. He contacted my referring Doctor to discuss treatment and recommdations based on my allergic reaction. Dr. Brown is extremely Professional, Attentive, highly recommended?!

I really liked Dr. Brown - he treated me and my 10 year old daughter and was patient, thorough and I can't complain. Our wait time wasn't bad either - Verona office, staff was nice, every one pleasant and we will be going back.
