Dr. Justin Banks is the best! He has taken great care of my foot and myself, And he has a great sense of humor!

I have waited several months for the results of a test. It is impossible to get through to the office. You get a scheduling service (if you are lucky) after waiting forever on the hold. I have left three messages since March. They should have called me with lab results, not me trying to get in touch. My message to them was very specific each time. 1. I will probably not be able to answer because I'm at work. 2. Leave a detailed secure message on my phone with test results. 3. Let me know how to proceed. When they call back, I am not able to answer and they never leave the results, just a message to call them again. It's been six months now with no results. Phone tag. Not ok.

I contacted Dr. Banks for bunnion surgery, the 1st surgery was not successful, I still had a bunion. Dr. Banks did a corrective surgery, which is not successful, I now have a bad hammer toes and still have my bunion. My last visit to Banks he suggested I contact another Dr. because he wasn't able to do a successful surgery.

He truly cares about me and my issues. Spent well over an hour making sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the plan. Feels like a family member or friend is taking care of me.

Dr Banks has been my doctor for over 3 years. He fixed my ankle issue when no one else would. He took care of my planter fasciatis. I trust him full heartldy. I would recommend him to family and friends! He has even taken care of my younger daughter. THANKS FOR BEING A GREAT DOCTOR AND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PACIENTS! Dr. Banks left me DISABLE and with permanent neuropathy when he gave me a shot the 25th of November! The pain is Non-stop and it has not gotten better at all and I can not stand on the left foot for more than a few minutes. I should have NEVER let Dr. Banks insert a needle in my left foot! He injured a NERVE with the needle and takes no RESPONSIBILITY! I can not even make a meal in my kitchen due to intense pain since last year! This podiatrist is a HORRIBLE human being and when he saw what he did to me, he got rid of me and told me to see another podiatrist who wants to REMOVE the damaged NERVE left by Dr. Banks

Dr Banks is a skilled, and compassionate physician. He was extremely helpful in treating my plantar fasciitis. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in all treatment options and provided just the right options for my situation. I highly recommend Dr Banks.

We were referred to Dr. Banks. What an amazing man! Friendly, kind, and truly caring. My daughter had a stress fracture that wasn't healing very well. After time wearing a boot, a cortisone shot, and a cat scan he recommened a treatment that fixed the problem. Each appointment he was sincere and had really put a lot of thought into the treatmey. He wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. I ran into him a couple of times at another office and he always asked how my daughter was doing.

I was so impressed with Dr Banks. He was very friendly, attentive and answered all my questions. He made me feel good. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My wait time was very short. Dr. Banks was very kind and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He addressed all of my issues and gave helpful information. He has a gentle bedside manner and I would recommend him to anyone.

He was very gentle and helpful. He was not as hurry as other doctors who would left me without asking if I still had any questions. Furthermore , the way he talks to me make me feel good about myself. Highly reccommended.
