Dr.Arnold and staff are always friendly & helpful. This visit was for arthritic pain in index finger and Dr. Arnold zapped that pain with a shot. No muss, no fuss.

In April 2024, Dr. Arnold performed a volar cyst removal on my wrist, but despite the swelling and healing subsiding, I continued to experience pain in the same spot. I initially thought it was just a part of the recovery process, but almost a year later, the cyst has returned, and the pain remains in the same area. This has led me to question whether the stalk of the cyst was fully removed, as no post-surgery scans or ultrasounds were requested by Dr. Arnold. This situation is incredibly disappointing and has been devastating for me and my family. If you’re considering volar cyst removal, I recommend finding a specialist with experience in this particular procedure. While volar cysts can return, the chances should be minimal with proper treatment. Additionally, I was out of pocket over $6,000 for a surgery that didn’t resolve the issue. Just really devastating!
