Dr. Junaid Siddiqui, MD

Went in after my insurance said a colonoscopy was 100% covered. Front desk tried to charge me $400. I called insurance they spoke to the front office and confirmed it. Because I said cancel it if there is a $400 bill, they said they couldn’t see me after 5 minutes to get my insurance on the phone.Keep in mind I had to prep twice this week, twice, because they decided to call an hour before the first appointment to say the closed and the first prep nurse didn’t prep me correctly nor did the suggest a insurance covered medication for my prep but told me to buy over the counter meds that would have been more painful.Seems like from the reviews there is an issue with the billing department. Even my insurance said they should have just billed me later since insurance covers the procedure 100% which doesn’t apply to the $400 copay. They then try to charge me $690 all together.Oh and the second floor was also shocked at the refusal to honor the scheduled appointment pet billing. Billing

I have no complaints. He was very pleasant upon meeting him and after the colonoscopy he was informative and in fact started to wheel me to our vehicle as Staff were busy. I joked that he was a full service doctor, he smiled and said yes he was. A nurse saw him pushing me and went bug eyed and finally got him to let her finish taking me to our vehicle. Very nice gentleman.

As an MD myself, I highly recommend Dr Siddiqui and this practice for gastrointestinal problems! I have seen him myself over the years and refer my patients there. They give personal, quality care ;very up-to-date, beautiful facilities, great staff.

My visit with Dr. Siddiqui was extremely reassuring in that he actually listened to me and my concerns. In my experience, due to the enormous time/productivity pressures on providers, many are rushed and unintentionally dismissive, which puts patient safety at risk. But Dr. Siddiqui listened to me, asked questions, explained everything, and gave me a clear plan going forward. I cannot recommend him enough!!

The staff was very helpful with filling out the paperwork. Dr Siddiqui very patiently listened to me explain changes I’ve gone through since the last visit. And then explained every point from the last exam.

Dr. Siddiqui is an exact 5 Star, #1 physician. He has been my physician for years. This is one doctor I’d never stop going to. Each of his staff members are so attentive, positive & friendly at any event you’d attend. He is very patient explaining your visits or tests results.

Very nice, responsive, thorough. Made good eye contact, asked me my opinion and if I had anything else I needed. Even asked if I agreed with his recommendations. Great appointment availability, from referral, to consultation, to procedure scheduling it was less than a month.

Dr. Siddiqui and all of the staff were wonderful as part my exam. They made it very easy for me starting with scheduling and explaining what I had to do to prepare.
